Barbara graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and after working in San Francisco for Touche Ross and earning her CPA certificate, she joined her mother’s accounting practice in Pleasanton and helped manage their office. 

Volunteering is in her blood, and she has been doing so since high school.  Barbara has served on numerous boards and community organizations helping with local and regional planning and organizing local events and fundraisers, which allow her to give back to the community and meet new people. 

In her free time, she enjoys anything on the waters of Lake Tahoe, various outdoor activities, and visiting her kids in Montana.
