After graduating from Biola University with a degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing Management, Maddie has successfully launched her career in strategic communications, digital marketing, and social media management. She embraces new challenges to foster personal and professional growth, having demonstrated effective collaboration with diverse individuals and a strong aptitude for leadership. Maddie takes pride in her exceptional brand representation, communication skills, and creative abilities.

Since 2016, Maddie has been employed part-time at Disneyland, consistently performing well in various roles. Maddie joined the ME Collective in January 2022 and in September 2022, Maddie founded her own Marketing Agency (Maddie Smiley Creative), specializing in strategic marketing and creative content for small businesses. Her primary objective is to introduce her clients to the wonders of marketing, diligently working to help them achieve their marketing goals and witness tangible results. Maddie has collaborated with various small businesses, including restaurants, hairdressers, and photographers.

In her free time, she nurtures her heart for animals by providing enrichment for her rescue pets and volunteering with local rescue cats and kittens.
