La Cocina: Food With Purpose

Combining food and business, La Cocina is a special kitchen located in San Francisco that gives talented chefs a taste for business and a chance to run their own restaurant. The nonprofit offers this chance to immigrant and low-income women, with over 130 chefs benefiting from La Cocina's support. The women at La Cocina all learned to cook from other women, such as their moms and grandmothers. Their culinary focus revolves around creating food that embodies the flavors of their roots.

We are proud to announce that we will be partnering with La Cocina in some upcoming events! We look forward to working with them and integrating their unique culinary expertise into our repertoire. As a female-owned and run business ourselves, we’re excited to partner with the first female-led food hall. La Cocina was also recognized by the San Francisco Chronicle as one of the "Top 25 Restaurants in the Bay Area" in 2022, making it a perfect addition for foodies seeking purposeful dining experiences.
