SaaStr Annual 2022
From September 13-15, the ME LLC collective produced SaaStr Annual 2022 at the San Mateo County Event Center under the leadership of Executive Producer Ashley Montgomery. 10,000 executives from across the globe assembled here for 3 days of networking, speaker sessions, and festival-like fun. It’s been about one month since this hugely successful event, read more to check out some highlights!
While SaaStr hosted SaaStr Annual in 2021 with the same style of the conference (outdoor, festival style), this was the first SaaStr Annual Montgomery Entertainment, LLC produced from start to finish!
Our health and safety team was incredible. We had daily temperature checks, rapid tests, and a Vax Van onsite. Not only did everyone have to show proof of a negative covid test, but they also had to be vaccinated and boosted to attend. A huge thanks to our registration team for working in harmony with the health and safety team to keep our event healthy!
Packed Speaker Session at the Masters Stage
With just under 300 speakers, sessions were crammed with several ending up being standing-room-only throughout the entire event. We had 3 different stages: Masters, Legends, and Experts which hundreds of attendees gathered at, as well as lawns with stages for Q&A’s and Workshops. Speaker sessions covered topics such as how to scale your business, optimize customer success, implement product design, and navigate investor relations. Speakers came from some of the largest names in B2B tech, such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, Gusto, Grammarly, Atlassian, Calendly, and Zendesk, while others came from new, growing startups! Furthermore, we had Cantina Stages located in the central area of the Expo Hall to host sessions with sponsor speakers. Beyond the main speaker sessions, the conference boasted Braindate and Super Braindate sessions held daily at SaaStr Square Park.

But attendees didn’t just come for phenomenal speakers, attendees also got to experience lively happy hours great for networking, food trucks, specialty beverages, the Big Party with DJ Storm and DJ Duke Dumont, and even puppies at SaaStr Square Park!

SaaStr conferences provide SaaS executives, founders, and entrepreneurs with a place ‘where the cloud meets.’ This year’s event signified 10 years of this event, and it’ll just keep getting better! ME, LLC is looking forward to continuing working closely alongside SaaStr and pioneering new ways for the cloud to meet in the future.
