Elevating Your Business: Going Beyond 100% with Ashley's Philosophy

Over the last few months, we’ve talked about the first two layers of events and building a business — the basics and the dream. This month we want to talk about what it means to elevate. One of Ashley’s biggest philosophies is doing everything at 120%. Just like the phrase “it’s better to be overdressed than underdressed,” it’s better to be over-prepared than underprepared. If we simply aimed for 100%, we would only hit 80%.

You often see this problem in many businesses: people not treating each other fairly. With so many employees in the workforce expressing their unhappiness, it's really important to pay people well and give a thumbs-up to those who do a great job. When you treat people right, whether they're clients, teammates, or vendors, you'll see that kindness coming back tenfold.
